While Google obviously has large creative teams and massive budgets, you could have created this particular spot on your Android phone.
And it likely would have been no less effective.
Large teams and big budgets can be nice, but they're not essential for great advertising.
What's critical is a creative (and well-executed) idea based on a powerful insight.
