Sweat the Small Stuff

I've always hated the expression, "Don't sweat the small stuff."

I always sweat the small stuff.

Because I find that when I do, it doesn't turn into "big stuff."

(Also, the earlier you deal with an issue, the less sweat is involved.)

Seth Godin hits the nail on the head with this post.

Is your once-great organization in decline?

(Are you sure?)

An image of two men in an office . One man is calmly putting out a very small fire in a wastebasketwith a watering can , while the other man is beside him, facing the opposite direction, panicking beside a separate, much larger fire.
