The tagline I use for this newsletter is, "Ideas. Insights. Inspiration."
I try to share all three of these things with you in equal measure... but sharing "inspiration" is what I enjoy most.
And I was very inspired by this ad from European pharmacy chain Doc Morris.
I'm not nearly as old as the gentleman in the commercial appears to be, but I could deeply relate to him nonetheless: the reason I started doing CrossFit three and a half years ago -- and the reason I drag myself out of bed a few times each week for a 5:45am class -- is essentially the same as why this man is awkwardly swinging that old kettlebell.
